Hybrid Training Programmes 01 & 02

Each training programme below has the same     running programme, but the weight lifting sessions are different.

Programme 01 focuses on training individual muscle groups per day eg. Arms, Legs, back etc with only one day dedicated to purely compound lifting including Power Cleans.

Programme 01 is best if you want to build muscle and strength.

Programme 02 focuses on Strength Training through compound lifting only, with muscle groups worked each day.

Programme 02 is best if you want to build strength and endurance.
